HISTORY:
In the spring of 2006 I decided I need to do a fiber club. I had seen the sock kit clubs but nothing for fibers. I love having new fiber way more than new yarn so it was a natural decision that I should supply the needed "club". So I don't leave anyone out, I decided to do a sock yarn section as well.

Each selection will be a brand new colorway that I have not done before. You will get the new colorway before anyone else can. The club selections will become available to the general public 6 months from the time it was originally released.

As in any club you sometimes want to be in contact with other members. To talk about projects and see what others have done.
There is now a knitalong blogsite for everyone doing the Spunky Club.

** Amounts of Fiber will vary.
BFL, Merino, Superwash Merino, Finn, Shetland, Wool Blend, Romney, Falkland, Finn, Corriedale, etc will all be 4 ounce selections. Alpaca and Merino Silk will be 2ounce selections. Silk will be a 2 ounce selection. You will get enough to make a project and it will be worth your dollars.

It has not been decided yet which month will be which fiber. As fibers take dyes differently, I'll decide based on the color choices and which fiber shows off the colors best. I try to make sure you are getting a good selection and that in a 6 month period there is not a repeat of the same fiber.

The goal is to get many different fibers for you to try out. I may add new fibers that aren't even available in my regular store. Whatever it is, it will be a fun and fantastic selection.

2009 there was a Change?

With all the price increases lately I’ve had to make a decision. We’ve kept the club really low priced for 3 years but I have to change it with the new prices I’m being charged from my suppliers. Not to mention USPS is now raising it’s rates every January. I had to decide if I was going to decrease the weights/yardages of each sub or if I was going to up the rates. Less fiber and yarn seems crazy because less than 4 ounces makes me want to cry unless it’s a luxury.

Here’s what will happen every year now
All the paypal Subs are canceled December 22nd, 2008, the new club will open at the new rates and it will be open for ALL. You don't have to worry about saving a spot, you all get a spot if you sign up. Jjoin the Notify list found on the right column HERE and I'll remind you.

If you have your club charged directly through me, you will not have to re-enter your information, you will just need to email me and tell me that you still want your subscription. Without an email, I will assume that you wanted out.

Please remember that the day you sign up is the day you get charged every month.

THE DETAILS:
Order by the 19th of the month and your handpainted wool or yarn will ship the end of that month. Order after that and you will get the following month's shipment.

You cancel that way. Or you can go into your paypal account. Under "profile" there will be a tab for Subscriptions. Click that and you will be shown your subscriptions and can cancel that way. There are NO refunds or returns on club yarns or fibers. This is a custom item that I make just enough specifically for the club, thus it is not available to the general public. It's what makes the club special.. I don't expect everyone will like everything, it's the way it is with a mystery. I do hope you enjoy the club and will have fun with the offerings. I do this month to month so you can cancel out any time you choose.
